Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. The pack must be unopened and unused, in new and resalable condition, and complete in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Used pickleballs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, and normal wear from play is not a manufacturing fault. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
