- Place the guard in hot water at around 75°C for about one minute.
- Remove carefully, place in your mouth, bite gently and press the outer edges for around 30 seconds.
- Place the guard in cold water for around one minute to help set the shape.
- Trim or re-mould if needed for a more comfortable fit.

How do I mould it?
