No. HeatOne™ heats from its built-in 8000mAh rechargeable battery and charges through Type-C. Charge it before your shift and follow the supplied operating instructions.
What heating times can I select?
Choose 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 90 minutes. The best setting depends on the food, portion size, starting temperature and conditions, so real-world results will be confirmed through sample testing.
Can I adjust the temperature?
Yes. HeatOne™ offers six settings: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85 and 90°C (149–194°F).
How long does the battery last?
The confirmed battery capacity is 8000mAh. The number of complete heating cycles per charge will vary by selected temperature, heating time, food and ambient conditions; verified real-world cycle results will be published after sample testing.
Can it charge a phone?
The supplier specifies reverse charging for compatible phones. Treat this as an emergency top-up feature and confirm compatibility with your phone and cable before relying on it.
How do I clean it?
