Fill and connect
Add fresh water and connect a compatible power supply. Place the unit on a level surface with ventilation.

Close and make ice
Close the lid and switch on. Allow approximately 15 minutes for hollow ice or 20 minutes for solid ice.

Release and enjoy
Lift and release the ice into your drink. Transfer spare ice to a freezer to keep it frozen.

How much ice does it make, and how quickly?
IceOne makes 10 ice pieces per batch: approximately 15 minutes for hollow ice or 20 minutes for solid ice. Starting water temperature and ambient conditions affect timing. It is sized for personal drinks and small batches.
How is IceOne powered?
IceOne has a Type-C power connection. Its rated input is DC 12V and rated power is 90W. Use a compatible supply that meets these requirements; a Type-C connector alone does not establish compatibility.
Can I use it in a caravan or at camp?
Yes, with a compatible power setup. The 12V vehicle power cable is an optional add-on. Place IceOne on a stable, level surface with ventilation while operating.
Does it store ice or need a freezer?
IceOne makes ice without a freezer. Use finished ice promptly, or move it to a freezer if you want to keep it frozen.
How much bench space does it need?
The unit measures 9.9 × 9.9 × 18.9 cm. Leave space around it for ventilation. Its water capacity is under 500 mL.
When will my order arrive?
