How it works
Three steps. Start with suitability.
Check, then peel
Speak with your GP before mouth taping. If suitable, check that you can breathe comfortably through your nose, then peel one fresh strip.
Apply gently
Apply to clean, dry skin across closed lips, following the pack instructions. Do not use with a blocked nose, nausea, alcohol or sedatives.
Remove with care
Remove immediately if uncomfortable or breathing becomes difficult. Peel off gently after use and discard. Never reuse a strip.

Does it have a centre opening?
Yes, there is a small opening through the centre. It is not a safety valve and is not a reason to use mouth tape with blocked nasal breathing.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Suitability cannot be guaranteed. Avoid use on broken or irritated skin, and stop if irritation develops. If you have adhesive or ingredient allergies, contact us for the product information before considering use.
Can children use it?
No. This OpenClip product is for adults only.
Can I use it if my nose is blocked?
No. Do not use it if you cannot breathe comfortably through your nose. Speak with your GP about nasal obstruction or other breathing concerns.
Is it a treatment for snoring or sleep apnoea?
No. It is not offered as a treatment for either condition. Loud snoring, gasping or persistent daytime tiredness should be discussed with your GP.
What should I do if it feels uncomfortable?
